Post Production start with picture editing by the senior editor.  Picture is cut into rough cuts based on quality of footage and prejudice of skilled editor.  The Cinema photographer couple with Director view the rough cuts for a finer cut.  Fine cuts are sent for 3 stripe dialogue sound, Foley sound and Music for first draft assembly to be review by fresh eyes.  Draft assembly modified for Final version.
